Beskrivelse af ruten
Løbet starter med den ene hånd på Dueodde Fyr og første løber, der rører Hammerfyret har vundet. Ruten er 59 km. og følger den gamle redningssti (kyststien) langs vandet. Underlaget veklser mellem sand, sti, singletrack, asfalt og lidt klipper. Ruten er afmærket, og det er nemt at finde vej.
